Very disappointed. Was super excited to gift this to someone and it arrived broken - the legs, piano top and stand. The music plays out of it though so there’s that. Edit: the return process was simple and i was sent a new one. When received correctly it is beautiful! Changing from 1 star to 5.

This music box exceeded my expectations for it. It’s made of very thick heavy crystal. The craftsmanship is exquisite. The Beethoven song “Fur Elise “ starts out a little fast, but then settles to perfect tempo. This gift comes in a beautiful pink box with gold embossed design on top. Just beautiful! It was packaged inside a box inside another box wrapped in bubble wrap. And the music box itself sits snug in its gift box surrounded by styrofoam (which is covered with pink satin material). It was packaged really well so I don’t think it was damaged in transport but two of the legs were broken off and the piece that goes between the piano keys and the top of the piano was also broken.
