We specifically purchased this chair for our nursery because, according to the product description, it was a rocking recliner. We received the chair today, set it up, and discovered that it did NOT rock after all. I emailed customer service to find out if we missed a step during set up - the manual bragged about their exceptional customer service - and within an hour, the option for the chair we purchased was no longer listed as an option to buy. We have yet to hear back from their customer service and had to go through Amazon customer service to come to a resolution. I bought two of these to go in our camper and they fit perfectly! I was excited about the massage factor but it’s underwhelming to say the least. I think the heat will be alright and I love the cupholders.
