The 0.7mm thick sides are designed to be more flexible to absorb and re-direct those intense impacts. Air pressure can also be adjusted to the user’s desire to get the prefect rebound on their mat. Set- up only takes about a minute with the included 500W powered pump. Relocating the inflated mat is a breeze with the 4 nylon carrying handles strategically located on the edges of the mat.
