I love the four chairs. They’re very sturdy and pretty. The first one was a challenge to assemble, but the others went smoothly. Delivered by FedEx not Amazon. Two of the chair arms were dented. This is a really nice patio set at a reasonable price. Excellent quality. Very sturdy. Chairs are comfortable and padding is well made. Takes two people to assemble the chairs.

The patio dining table is attractive and easy to clean. The chairs are attractive and very comfortable. Happy with ultimate result. However, assembly was difficult. Each chair took 2 people 2 hours to assemble. The holes for screws were not quite lined up requiring pushing and pulling to place in position. The table took one person 2 hours to assemble. Total 10 hours of assembly with 8 of those hours requiring two people. ... show more

I know this is supposed to be a product review, but I can't say enough good things about the company Phi Villa. The patio set was sent in 3 packages, the table came earlier than the chairs, which was fine. Amazon marked the set as delivered, so I reached out to the company just to make sure that the chairs were still coming. I received an answer in less than 24 hours with tracking numbers for the other 2 boxes, which came several days later, all within the expected delivery range. When I unpacked all of the boxes, I found that the table was cracked. My message was once again answered in less than 24 hours. Once I sent pictures of the damage, they sent me a new table, without the burden of returning the old one. I ordered this set on January 27 and the entire issue has been resolved to my satisfaction as of February 19. I am just so pleased with the level of customer service. And so now to the product - it is a perfect size for my little lanai, and the chairs are very comfortable. The table is very sturdy. First of all, the table top has a paper thin paint/finish. Anything harder than tissue paper seems to scratch the surface. Also the chairs were great until it rained. The rust stains on my wood composite deck are hard to remove, but near impossible to remove when the rusty water drips onto the concrete patio below. I am now going to try to fill the incomplete welds on the chairs with some sort of sealer. At least this stuff only rusts when it rains, it's got that going for it.... I was surprised it took 5 hours to put together with the tools provided. The directions needed the pictures of the hardware to be more detailed. After I put everything together, I noticed the uneven match of the table halves, and the dent on the other corner. The box had been dented in a corner. So that packaging needs reinforcement. I didn't want to take it apart and send back, so I am living with it. But now, a month later, that area is beginning to rust. Overall, it's a nice set, but needs some areas of improvement. Update: The company reached out to me with my review and wanted to make sure I was fully satisfied with my experience. They offered to send a new table or give a refund for the table. It was much appreciated, as I usually am an easy to please customer. I chose the refund and it was done promptly. They followed up to make sure I was fully satisfied. I was. Thank you.
