The shade part is not kind of wrinkly. It’s a sturdy and smooth material. The legs are very sturdy and easy to adjust. I used it for lemonade stands and to drink tea in cloudy and windy weather. I’m impressed by it but it’s not intended for long use in rain or heat. The water of rain collects on the upper part and can make it collapse and with Florida heat it can dry and rip. This canopy is easy to set up. It took 2 of us about 3 minutes to open and set up. The material is durable and sturdy. The sun shade also have pockets for display or storage paper documents. It is a good feature and very convenient. This is great for our science festival and star parties set up. It is also easy to pack up and transport. The wheels on the bag helps a lot. I actually got this as a beach tent and to that end, it includes stakes for the ground and rope for keeping the cover on the tent itself. If in the off chance I want to use it anywhere else, it also includes sandbags with velcro to attach it to the tent poles for hard surfaces. The tarp on the back and the tarp that's for the roof felt sturdy enough for me and they both fit comfortably in their respective places and includes several plastic clips and nylon straps for securing it to the frame . There's a nylon case for it with a hard plastic base and wheels to make wheeling it around pretty easy, and the case fits the frame and all the included accessories with room to spare, which is great, because then you don't have to fudge with it for 20 hours trying to fit everything in the case. You just fold it up and push it in with little resistance. If I had any gripe with it, it's that the setup and breakdown isn't the one-pull design like others, so setup isn't as convenient as it could be, but it raises my confidence that the tent won't randomly collapse on me while I'm under it.     • canvas top deteriorates fast.

i use the shelter to cover my jacuzzi, but the canvas top is falling apart at the seems and starting to tear. looking for a replacement of the canvas, if I can not find I may replace all with a more permanent shelter. may be a great deal if I was only using for a few times during the year.

Purchased this product back on March 2. I didn’t need to put it to use right away so it sat in the carry bag for a month before I actually set it up for the first time. Setup was easy, but I notice the top of the canopy didn’t have a vent to allow water to weep through in the event of rain. So I hoped for the best and assumed that something this large, and appearing to be as sturdy as it did, should be fine. Within hours of setting it up, it began to rain. I immediately went into my house, thinking I would simply collapse and store it once the rain stopped. A few hours later I went outside and discovered that most of the structure had buckled under the weight of the water. At least, that’s the only thing I can think would have caused what I found. All of the cross bars were bent and many leaning with the rivets almost breaking through at certain sections. This thing is a piece of junk. I immediately returned to my original Amazon order to start a return, only to find that I was 2 days beyond the allowable return timeframe. I have no idea how to reach the seller, but I will be lodging a complaint with Amazon to see what they can do on my behalf, to intervene. I’m out over $100.00 at this point and I’m beyond disappointed with this product and the return policy. See all the pictures I provided. Despite all of the bent cross members, I was able to restore the structure back to it’s original state and collapse and place it back into the carry bag. This thing is built with metal the strength of tin. God awful product. Easy to set up, but won’t last long. Buyer beware. ... show more

Canopy was unpacked and set up quite easily, and tear down and repacking was just as simple. Had a small issue with the order initially and customer service was attentive and fair. After a couple rounds of questions that they had for me, that any good business should do, we arrived at a very suitable solution that I think worked both in their interest and mine. The quality is good for this canopy, but what they consider white is really a light gray. Normally I wouldn’t care but where I’m using it as a for a craft fair it matters because some require a white tent. Also, to be aware, the roof is a plastic fabric like a tarp.
