when i opened the box i was excited because it already looked nice, but when i lifted it up the mirror had a large crack in it. i really wish i could've gotten a replacement.

    • Scratches on metal finish
The item has scratches that are not removable on the finish. It’s a bit frustrating, since this could have been avoided, especially for the price paid. Also, the color is very much a cheap looking gold.

    • Not worth the price
The gold frame has multiple scratches and dents. When touched, the mirror wobbles and it feels very uneven on the floor. I really don’t feel like this was worth the price.

I really loved this mirror. But it was broken when I opened the box. The outer packaging wasn’t damaged, so I really had no clue until I unwrapped the protective plastic. Now I have the pain and inconvenience of returning it and not even getting the offer for a new piece.

The one time I don’t read the reviews 🤦🏻♀️ I too, received a perfectly good looking, damage free package. Only to open it and find the mirror completely shattered. They do not offer replacements, and I am waiting on a refund. Don’t waste your time.
