I don’t think this works anything close to what the advertisements show. First, no where did I see in the description that this was a “matte” finish product. (See the box I received.) So I ordered some from another source and it was matte as well. I would never knowingly purchase a matte primer for my 57 year old skin as it makes your wrinkles more defined! And second, there was no protective seal on the bottle opening so I have no idea if this was a previous return or what as the other bottle I purchased from the other source did have a seal. The bottle seemed full but there was NO seal on it. As far as helping with wrinkles, I didn’t notice ANYTHING. The videos show major changes and lasting for hours. My wrinkles aren’t that bad, but I expected to notice something. But nope. NOTHING. I tried it a couple of times. Even put on one side of my face but not the other and just let it dry all evening to make sure I was allowing it to dry properly and I did not feel hardly any tightening and could not see any difference. I also feel like bc of the matte finish it just made my wrinkles stand out more! My photos show what I received. However the last picture is what the description shows “now”. That was not there when I bought it. I went back and checked as soon as I received it to see if I missed something and nope. It did NOT say matte finish anywhere in any photos or description at that time (that I could see anyway) like the box I received that clearly states matte finish. This has since been updated here. So I’m guessing that this has been a complaint from others and/or they now have this new option (Hydrated Glowing Finish). Just out of curiosity I also got the one in the black tube and same thing. No noticeable difference between before and after. For me, neither were worth the price and I personally do not recommend either PTR face tightening product. ... show more

I'm 41 and have wrinkles, giant pores and random things that I like to hide occasionally. I'm darker complected and yes if you use too much you will get a slight white residue. It's ok, it comes off! I don't have to use much, if any foundation with this. Doesn't work great with powder foundation either. Still obsessed and would prefer having a good skin care routine than dealing with foundation. Works pretty good, but it will pill easily. Almost as if it acts like one of those peel off masks. You feel the tightness quickly, but it doesn't want to give if you are a smiley person. Won't buy again because it didn't work for me.

After seeing all the hype I wanted to try it. It's VERY expensive for the amt you get. I used it on my forehead, where I have deep creases. It did smooth them somewhat, but they did still show. I will only use it for special occasions, and probably not buy it again. Preparation H for occasional use is a much less expensive alternative. ... show more

I was skeptical because I'd used the undereye tightener, and it flaked and looked cakey. This is a Primer, and it is so worth the money. It goes on smoothly and doesn't cake. You can feel the slight tightening very quickly. You do need to let it dry for about 5 minutes. I put it on after my moisturizer and put a fan on my face while I do my hair. Then, I apply my foundation and regular makeup. It works well on my eyelids and undereye areas as well. It's not going to look like you got Botox, but there is a definite lift, and the large pores on my nose are minimized. I love it!! ... show more

Do it! I am 53 and have aged a ton in the last 6 months(zero stars 👎)LOL and I must share my experience w/this product..it really works! Apply to clean, dry face. Do not use any oil based products on your face before application or you will not get the desired results. Moisturize well before you plan to apply product! Apply thin layer by using a gentle rubbing motion, being sure to spread evenly. Apply gently to the eyes being sure you spread evenly. Use a fan to speed up the drying time. And...voilà! Ten years younger.. I will continue to purchase this product until I am able to get a face lift 😁 My only complaint would be that it does extend the time it takes to get ready to leave the house but it's worth it. ... show more
