The vendor hypes their 100% guarantee of satisfaction, which is also untrue. They are charging a 20% restocking fee which was not mentioned with the 100% satisfaction guarantee. The pricing seems too good to be true for a reason. The mugs are rather light and thin-walled. I returned mine at a personal cost to be rid of them and intend to purchase a heartier, higher-quality alternative elsewhere.
