The cup pressed beautifully after I found out how to press the cup ( 4 destroyed cups; the paper stuck to the tumbler) My temps were right but the paper i used was to thin and the pressure was too high. I changed to A sub paper I bought years ago brought the pressure down on my tumbler press and I did 365F 70 sec. You guys should include this tid bit of info cause every tumbler is slightly diffferent. Maybe it will help someone else. ... show more

They dont have the nice grip to put on the bottom and the come with cheap plastic straws. So i had to buy those separately. Also the box came completely smashed up and the boxes inside were all damaged. And 6 of my tumblers were dented. I have not printed on them yet to review them. But will not be re ordering from this company ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I dint like the tumbler my picture came out light and not a nice color from this brand I don’t like / compare to my other tumblers I purchase before was a better quality and colors nice I was trying too get a better deal because of the price definitely not worth it I will now have too purchase more tumbler from a different seller and I purchase a 24 box cups of 30 oz 😢 ... show more

The price was good.but the results were inconsistent, and I had to buy more to remake since a third of them sublimated way lighter than the rest of them. They were wrapped using the same printed paper and pressed with the same pressure/temperature.

I've made so many cups and never had a problem until these cups! They are not meant for sublimation and look horrible. I'm going to try to salvage the rest of them with vinyl, stickers and epoxy. They are listed as SUBLIMATION and that's absolutely false! Don't buy them to sublimate

    • Not pleased with product
The rim of the cup is extremely sharp. Each cup has a film/sticky substance on it. I’ve had to wash every cup before packaging to send out. Will not purchase again.
