Seeing as there was only one review before me, I was a little hesitant to buy. I’ve have had my eye on the $260 Ray Allen Icon Air harness for over a year now. When I saw this I immediately recognized the design, but was skeptical seeing its price tag at only $50. I was concerned about the build quality and the quality of the materials used. I made the purchase as it was backed by Amazon, and was incredibly surprised when it arrived. It fit’s well, hardware; including plastic cobra buckles, metal V rings, as well as the molle webbing Velcro, and handles are all excellent quality. The “Air” version which has mesh on this is nice. All parts connect and function together well. This product also comes in the non “air” version without mesh, which has a more solid padded nylon backing. I have also placed an order for that and was completely satisfied. Pictured are both models. I am very observant when it comes to a quality product. I have purchased other tactical “knock offs” in the past and found flaws in all of them. Either being a strength flaw, poor stitching or design malfunction, to poor quality materials and hardware. I can say without hesitation that this product is made excellent in design a material, and craftsmanship. This vest is awesome! I wanted the one with three handles, but this one is working just fine. I bought it for my Dutch Shepherd. Lately I have had it on my St.bernard to help my mom as she walks. She gets dizzy and my St.bernard instinctively walks with her so I put the vest on and my mom can hold onto the handle giving her support. It is a great harness, except the side buckles are plastic. I WOULD NOT HANG MY DOGS LIFE ON THIS HARNESS, DUE THAT. OTHERWISE IT'S WELL MADE.

I ordered this harness in a Large for a 115lb Male German Shepherd which per their sizing guide should have fit. Sadly this is not the case and apparently the seller does not offer one in a XL so I have to return and start over with another seller. Other than the sizing issues the vest/harness itself looked well made but, I'll admit, I am a bit skeptical of the plastic cobra buckles they use. These buckles look nice but they feel super flimsy and if you have a trained-up XL or Large dog breed I would urge that you think twice and look for sturdier buckles. ... show more

I love how well it fits and the velcro is pretty strong as well which is nice. I like how many d rings there are and the handles are nice. Honestly worth the money but shipping took 2 weeks that was my only downfall

Excellent quality! Bought to help get our 12 year old dog into the car. She seems quite comfortable in the device and I can easily lift her a bit to protect her back legs when she is jumping in.
