It was great for traveling with my cat. She was very comfortable. The only drawback was fitting it under the seat on the plane. It was uncomfortable for me. As for the quality, it's excellent! It performed well on uneven surfaces thru the airport and in parking lots. Great value for a great product!

I wish the velcro straps to connect it to the wheels fit a tiny bit better, but otherwise this thing was great for 4 flights and numerous train and bus rides all over England and it's cobblestone streets too for 6 months. My dog loved to ride. She ruptured her ACL and had to rest for a bit so we used this everywhere and it was great! Fits great under Delta seats and fit their dimensions and requirements too. I recently purchased the Paw Ballet Airline Approved Pet Carrier with Wheels, and it has been a fantastic investment for my dog's travel needs.
