.... they work, but you get what you pay for. Put these on my '88 Honda Shadow. Mounted them on the forks so they're right above the headlight. These are not made for the size they claim to be. You have to stretch and bend the metal while tightening down the nut to make it work. The hex head bolts are junk too, stripped the head on one right away. They're cheap and tacky looking but once I mounted the lights and tucked the wires around them, you don't really see them. ... show more

These are nice brackets. Easy to mount and sturdy when assembled. In my opinion, the metric screws furnished are not sufficient quality for the high amount of tension they are required to hold when everything is tightened down. To avoid a possible surprise when riding, I replaced them with some 1" X 1/4" stainless screws and self locking nuts from the bolt bin at the hardware center. My Sportster forks are 39MM diameter. Everything seemed fine with these and they went on just fine but they've only been on my bike for a month and a half, and one side already rusted through and I almost lost one of my kuryakyn taillights... and I don't do any crazy riding. Hasn't seen but maybe 200 miles in that time. I knew the hardware wasn't going to last but the mount itself breaking like that was unsettling. These are not super heavy-duty, but I was simply mounting some small, bullet-style turn signals on my daughter's Victory. The hardware was decent, they tightened up nicely, and left me with a clean, simple mount that disappears into the overall bike. The price was low enough that I thought they might be junk. Bought these for my 2004 Honda VTX1300C. They fit perfectly, (41mm). The look is good too, (Chrome) Key note is not to over tighten when mounting. You should be able to move them with some effort while being tight enough to withstand vibration. Worked perfectly for my front LED running/turn signals.

I used a set of these in chrome (white) to mount a set of 4.5 in passing lights (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01C5JZAKS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) to my 2005 Honda Shadow Spirit 1100. Easy as could be, just set, adjust, and tighten the included bolts to your desired tightness. Very subtle vintage look. Easy to install. These are 2 wire so no running light. NOT LED so no need to replace the relay. I've seen them installed with the bolt in the front and it looks horrible. If you have room put the bolt toward the back. Fit on my 41 am forks well.

Looked good when installed. Lasted about three months before left bracket snapped while riding. Draped the signal over my tank by the wires while riding. That’s what you get for $8.99.
