  • Impressed! My Kitchen went from 1985 to 2024! Used on tile & drywall. Beautiful! Easy! Recommend!
Color: Off-white
Tired of my old blue and white square 1980's tile backsplash, I've been looking at these stick on tiles for a while. But would they stick well on tile? Would the square tiles show through the oblong tiles and look weird? The answer is, yes they stick well on tile and no, the square tiles (even the dark blue ones) don't show through! These look fabulous! I am thrilled by how easily these 12x12 sheets went up (it took a couple of hours) and how beautifully they updated my kitchen for about $75/3 boxes. I also put up some tiles on another area in my kitchen/drywall. That went up even easier. If you've been thinking about giving these a try, I suggest you do. ... show more

  • Great for Rental Homes - Easy to Apply and Remove
Color: Off-white
The LongKing Subway Tile Kitchen Backsplash Peel and Stick Tiles worked great at dressing up our otherwise bland looking kitchen wall. Because we don’t own the home we’re in, we wanted to dress up our walls without damaging them. The peel and stick tiles are essentially large textured stickers. Up close, it’s evident that the tiles are not real simply based on the slight shine of the grey grout. The tiles themselves are slightly textured and are harder to determine if they’re fake or not - I was pleasantly surprised to see that they didn’t look too flat or overly fake - they do rise up slightly as opposed to the grey grout and have a light shine to them. The stickers cut easily so you can customize them as you need, and as per the recommendation of another reviewer, I cut off the “overlap here” area so nothing can be seen through. To cut, definitely use a metal straight edge, a sharp Exacto knife, and a self healing cutting mat - it will make your life much easier. Also, when applying the sticker around electrical outlets, simply remove the wall plate, put the sticker over the outlet, then use your Exacto knife to cut around the outlet opening - the outlet plate can go right on top of the tiling afterwards and no cut edges will be seen. Because we put our sticker on a white wall, there was no noticeable bleed through. Putting up the tiling took two afternoons as we had to order more tiles, and the end result was fantastic - the tiling looks so much better than the plain white wall. The stickers stay firmly in place without peeling up, and they are easy to wipe down when oil or food slashes up on them. As noted before, it’s nice because we can also remove the tiles down the line without damaging the wall. Overall, if you’re looking for a quick and budget friendly means of dressing up your walls a bit, this is a good option to consider. ... show more

  • Looks great
Color: White/Black Grout-thicker Version
I love the look. I installed it over my bathroom vanity. It was very easy to put up after measuring the correct height and cutting it. I used a chop cutter. The feel of it is odd. The surface feels rubbery, almost sticky. There's a few places that keep coming unstuck. I'll just put some wallpaper adhesive behind those few places. Otherwise it sticks good! I don't think it's gonna come off easily. ... show more

  • Great product and gave my old kitchen a cosmetic update!
Color: Off-white
I never write reviews but this product deserves one. I have always wanted a backsplash in my outdated kitchen but didn’t feel that the tiny space warranted a lot of money if we weren’t going to update the whole kitchen. Peel and stick tile to the rescue! I bought a pack of these just to try after reading a review on Buzzfeed. I figured if it didn’t work out that I could always remove them and no harm done or tons of money wasted. The tile applied easily and looked amazing right away. I have painted drywall walls and the tile did pull a few pieces of paint off when I needed to reposition a few sections but I don’t think that’d be an issue in a more modern kitchen with better walls. I didn’t mind because the tile covered it right up. It looks so good that I really doubt I’ll ever remove it. You do need a cutting mat, box cutter or Xacto blade (I’d recommend a box cutter but I did use both), and a t-square or metal ruler to cut against. Scissors will not do the job well. A measuring tape would be good too especially of you have outlets to get around. I ended up using two packs of ten sheets for my kitchen and then a sheet or two (cut into strips) from a third to add just one row of tile at the top. My sister loved the look so much that she asked me to cover up the horrible tile in one section of her kitchen. The peel and stick tile adheres to tile extremely well and I did ruin one piece pulling it off to reposition. So make sure when you put it on the wall, it’s really where you want it to be. It didn’t take me much time to do either space, maybe an hour of work for each, but I highly recommend taking your time and using the right tools to get it done properly. You’ll love it. Before and after pics of both kitchens included! ... show more
