The ONLY thing I wish they offered (may have to check again) is a free template download for creating a label when you are using an envelope that may not correctly populate as a choice (looking at you USPS Click-n-ship). I was an old school paper and tape guy, when it came to address labels so I was late to the thermal printer party. I was a bit unsure if this product would work. Man, let me tell you. Have had it for two months now and it’s perfect. Connection was easy. Printing is easy. Big thing to remember. Shut it off after use. Like any electronic device, give it time to cool off. This thermal printer is great, I am not a technical savvy person and the connection to my cellphone via Bluetooth was easy. The app is easy to figure out. The printer itself is of good quality and easy to I understand. I have already printed about 50 pages through it and love this gem.

I purchased this PEDOOLO Thermal Label Printer, Bluetooth along with the 4x6 shipping labels. It arrived a few hours later on the same day. I initially did not set it up. I waited several days until I needed to sent a small package out in a hurry. I opened the mailing package and saw the print in the PEDOOLO box, QR Scans for quick download instructions for Window PC or MAC. Download was very fast for my MAC. Instruction was so easy to follow. Plug the main power pack here, plug the other end to the printer. Turn on the printer first. Place the label in from the back, push the flashing button to calibrate the printer to recognize the size of the label. I hooked up the printer to my MAC using the provided cable so I can just print from my MAC to the PEDOOLO label printer. To use the Bluetooth, you have to download their app and then go through this whole process of setup and then resize the 4x6 label by cropping it. That took almost an hour and I still could get it to print the correct size (this is after I had printed the label I needed). Finally, I said to myself, forget the Bluetooth printing! Later I read some reviews about the Bluetooth app and I wasn’t the only one with the same issue. So if you plan on using the Bluetooth in conjunction with the PC, please post a review on how do you like the setup of the Bluetooth setup. The packaging was good. I just wish Amazon would have delivered my items, which were the PPEDOOLO THERMAL LABEL PRINTER AND THE BOX OF 500 sheets of the 4x6 labels, which was also well packaged in a box came in an AMAZON box instead of that white plastic AMAZON shipping bag which is not even a bubbled padded shipping large envelope. One corner of the printer box was caved in, however, the printer was not damaged. If this was a gift, I would have sent it right back and demand for a new one! I hate when AMAZON does this on a same day delivery. ... show more

It was easy enough to set up. Would have given 5 stars if it was Bluetooth compatible with iOS. Hooking it up by cord to my MacBook is a bit annoying as I have to keep the cord out and ready and also bring my laptop to it. I appreciate the extra labels that come with the printer.
