Box accidentally got thrown away so cannot return. Horrible headset. Have to play with the plug to get audio to come on, mic does not seem to work, nobody can hear me. Waste of money on my part.

This headset was a replacement for the 1st headset I purchased, it lasted 34 days and stopped working. Of course the warranty ended 4 days before it crapped out. Terrible product!!
