These necklaces are exactly what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the extender chain is a little on the cheap side. But definitely a great value for the amount that you get. In order to keep my cost and prices down, I wanted something that was sturdy enough and not too expensive for my handmade pendants. These were great. Only one of out the entire package was unusable. They rest have a pendant attached and have held up nicely. I will be ordering these again very soon.

These are great because they are inexpensive. I had one without a hook so it was garbage but really for the price they make very inexpensive necklaces that you can sell very inexpensively. I have used half so far and checked every hook to make sure they work and so far so good. They are cheap and feel cheap but they work just fine and they work perfectly for what I need. ... show more

So i have used these for several months and out of 100 necklaces, only one clasp broke. They fit most bails and hold rock pendants with no issue.

Honestly, all you have to do is tighten any jump rings or chain if necessary, and that's it! And if anyone has issues with a few being defective, it's a common practice to contact the company you purchased a defective item from, and have them refund you the money spent on that item (and return any defective items) if you own a business, or are in business for yourself. And some company's will give you discounts on future sales if you have worse issues. Nobody WANTS to lose customers, and if they DO, they aren't worth doing business with.
