We used this for our camp kids and several students in each class had their bracelets come untied on them. This was a user error because the ones I tied have lasted months and no issues. It holds its knots well, is stretchy enough and strong enough. It does get slightly stretched out if it is stretched too far or overused but still overall very good and worth the $. I’ve made multiple bracelets with them and have never had an issue of them breaking
