I am usually reluctant to spend this much on a product that I haven't had at least a sample of to try. But I had read about the product on a blog and thought I would try it. I had been coloring my hair blonde for several years, and it was showing the wear and tear that the bleach was causing. I fell in love with this conditioner with the first squeeze out of the tube! It has a lovely, light scent, and is rich and quickly is absorbed by hair that is thirsty for moisture. I have used this every day since receiving it, and my hair has gotten better every day. I have also received several complements on how nice my hair looks - that NEVER happens! My hair is softer, shinier, and more manageable! One reviewer noted that she thought her hair was thicker ... I'm hoping for that! I liked this conditioner so much that I have ordered it in the 16 ounce size, and would put it on my Subscribe and Save list if I could! This product is magical. After using, my lightened hair feels stronger, softer, and easier to comb through. All that, and it smells great, too! I wash and condition as normal, and then let the Awapuhi set while I finish my showering things before rinsing out.

I’m not sure if it’s just me or if some ingredients have changed with this product. Doesn’t do the job as well as it did when it was packaged in the black bottles with green writing. Still a decent product but definitely see a change other than packaging.

I've used this product for a few years, and will never stop. I love the scent, as well as the beneifits to my hair. I have a lot of hair, but it's not very thick. I use this intensive treatment once weekly, and it doesn't weigh my hair down.

First of all I have long (mid back length) very straight, fine hair. I have tried several different hair treatments and just have not cared much for any of them but…..I used this product for the first time two days ago. I was expecting the scent to be more noticeable but, it was very light. Instructions say to apply on clean wet hair and leave it on for 3-5 minutes before rinsing. That’s exactly what I did!
