Nice Hammock- highly recommend. I wanted the curves design and the quilted fabric. At first I couldn’t find both but I found it in this one. I was worried how well it would dry. We had 3” of rain yesterday. 24 hours later it is dry and comfortable to lay in. Pillow too. It comes with chains although not pictured that way.     • It’s not horrible not not amazing either
I really wanted to love this hammock, I was excited about the curved bar and the fabric instead of rope etc. I won’t say it’s uncomfortable but it definitely doesn’t hug you the way a rope hammock would. I haven’t tried sitting two people on it because it doesn’t seem that sturdy but I could be wrong... I just don’t want to risk it since I have a back injury. The bar DEFINATELY doesn’t make it less prone to tipping... intact I think the curved bar paired with the fabric that is not exactly clingy (you can slip off it fairly easy) makes it harder to sit down and stand up and more prone to tipping. I like the way it looks, it was easy to set up... a great deal shorter then I had expected, I’m 6ft and my feet go over the bar a tad. Anyway, it’s not a bad product but I had higher hopes. ... show more

Such a bummer b.c it's very attractive looking and seems like a curved bar concept design would be great. But Caution!! UPDATE: Now we've had 2 adult guest fall out of hammock while trying to lie down on this curved rod hammock. HUGE SAFETY concern. Something is not engineered correctly. Additionally, the metal covering the wooden bar now shows signs on rust damage. The thin cotton ties that hold together the hammock were not consistently tied safely or of the same length. We've only used it twice and 1 person (120 lb) only at the time. Will see if it lasts, but my first inclination was worry about the ties coming un knotted. Fingers crossed because the return process on so many Amazon recommended products has become very difficult. ... show more

While it's only been a week or so, there is no doubt that of all the hammocks I have tried, and mostly been disappointed with-this hammock is a total winner! First of all, the engineering is brilliant- including the way they curve the sturdy bamboo on the ends makes it so much more of a good body-fit when lying down in it-- is totally excellent! The fabric is soft and wonderful and the fit across my frame of my hammock was perfect. Ok first this hammock IS sturdy and made with good materials. There is no mildew on it even though all my other outdoor furniture bought at the same time is covered in mildew so that part is great!! The bad thing is you can’t get in it without someone holding it or you call and even then it’s very difficult. It’s because the material is so slippery and the hammock so tight that as soon as you start to sit it flies out from under you, there is no stretch. I’m a pretty agile, in shape person but even holding it tightly while I tried to sit I ended up on the ground. My son tried to hold it and let me sit and we both ended up on the ground. Finally got in, barely moved, on the ground again. So while it was hilarious and should have been recorded 😂 I gave up. ... show more

We had a lot of trouble finding the right size hammock for our 12-ft hammock stand. This is the right size (finally), and after a few months, the quality is still great. My favorite thing about this particular hammock is that it is wider than any we have ever had, so it does not envelop you as soon as you get in. This is a high quality, very comfortable, nice looking hammock. The curved bar allows you to feel secure and it is not tippy. The pillow is a nice touch. Hammock is quilted but drys quickly after a rain. Would definitely buy again!
