    • product arrived banged up and damaged; struggling on how to return such a big item
while teh product looks great in the pics, we received it banged up. screwing the items seemed difficult. we now like to return it as its too banged up and was too expensive to keep, but the box is so huge and heavy that we are not sure how to manage it.
