I had a defective mirror stud, and it just wouldn't tighten. I ended up contacting amazon, and they replaced it free of charge. I returned the broken mirror, and they went as far as sending both mirrors, even though I only needed the one. out of the box you will need to unfold the mirror to tighten things so it adjusts, and keeps the adjustment properly. the Mounting screws seemed pretty cheap and are one time use, so be careful with them when mounting them to your door. I plan on buying grade 5 bolts later to replace mine. otherwise no complaints. ... show more

The came packaged very nice with everything you need. They fit perfect and function as they should. But, they are not sturdy and the vision on the passenger mirror has a wave and blur to it. Most importantly when driving on the freeway the wind pushes them in a downward position. So by the time you get off the freeway they are pointing towards the ground. I tried tightening the screws and bolts and it hasn’t helped. I have to try and come up with some sort of solution until I can refinish my OEM mirrors. Overall, I’m pretty disappointed in them because they fit and look perfect. Update, please send another set or refund! I would prefer another set that makes correctly. ... show more

Initially the mirrors were flawed, customer service reached out to me first(I wasn’t going to complain as it was small blemish). They replaced the mirrors without any issues. I’m happy with them! They were quick and easy to install. They fit perfect!

Mirrors were new and looked identical to the ones I had on but when I took the old ones off and put the news on both set screws stripped out with the Allen wrench and I tried to loosen it first and then go back tight. Also exterior mounting screws are soft metal I stripped one out with a hand screwdriver. They gave me a full refund and let me keep the mirrors which I am replacing this weekend. That said I would not purchase them again. I had to use at least 20 zip ties per mirror to get them to quick moving down. ... show more

It does look good from far, but far from good Th e supplied screws didn't fit. I had to order the OEM Torx screws. There is a rubber grommet under the mirror that's supposed to protect the pivot of the mirror from debris and its barely hanging on. You get what you paid for.

    • These mirrors are 10-ply
If you're looking for a cheap replacement so you don't get pulled over because your mirror is damaged, this is for you. Because that is all they are good for. The passenger mirror won't be your typical mirror, it will not have and expanded view and "objects may be closer than they appear", it will be the same style as the driver. The mirrors won't handle anything over 40mph before the wind will push them so your view is altered and the mirror moved. There is no way to tighten up the top part so it doesn't move so easily. The driver mirror shakes more than Biden and Trump at a debate. "Your suspension is bad". No, the crap mirror I had that was cracked never shook like this. I have this sudden feeling that having these two mirrors on my Jeep is going to cause me 14 years of bad luck, but it's a Jeep, they are always broke, amiright? Don't buy them if you actually want a mirror that works. ... show more
