Sound sensor does not work well for sound activation, music either needs to be really loud or the device needs to be next to or on the speaker. Otherwise it is bright, and looks nice. Worth it for the price in my opinion.

We bought this for a school dance. We ended up using it outside the dance in a foyer area because the DJ had his own lights, but it would have worked im a pretty big space.
