  • Amazing cookbook
I am extremely pleased with this cookbook, so much so, that I ordered two more as gifts. Clear, concise instructions. Photos for each recipe. Common ingredients. Easy recipes. Lots of great info for cooking various foods in the Instant Pot. Tried two dips immediately and both are winners. I highly recommend this cookbook. (I understand one criticism is the limited number of recipes (~75). Well, these recipes are easy to adapt and just great. I ordered another cookbook with ~800 recipes and don't like it at all. Quantity does not necessarily = quality.) ... show more

  • A good book to get you started cooking with Instant Pot
I purchased two books to give to my 25 + year old grandchildren They call me a lot for recipes and thought they might enjoy using the slow cooker to make tasty healthy meals instead of calling me while they are waiting in their car to order from fast food places.A friend recommended setting up the meal in the slow cook er at night and letting it cook for 6-8 hours and then in the morning its all done.Just store in the frog and heat up in microwave the next night This book fits the bill and I know they will enjoy experimenting with the good mix of recipes and stop calling me ... show more

  • Every recipe has a picture
A little on the thin side but overall good book. I specifically like that it’s spiral bound with easy to follow instructions and easy to find ingredients. Most (if not all) of the recipes can be found on delish website (for free)

  • Easy to read
I bought an instant pot that came with an app with recipes but this book has recipes that are way more user friendly.

  • Easy InstaPot Recipes
I loved the simplicity of the recipes, the variety and pictures of each item. My family is very pleased, too. I do wish there were more recipes for chicken but realize there is only so much room. Really enjoyed the pork chop recipe! Thank you!

  • Maybe a 2+ rating, making for small, sad parties
If you have more than 4 people to serve, this cookbook will disappoint you and your hungry guests. Do yourself a favor and look at the Delish website or Amy+Jacky for either the same or better recipes for free. A "recipe" for pressure cooking potatoes shouldn't be called "baked potato bar", especially if it doesn't recommend tossing the cooked potatoes into a hot oven to crisp the skin. Serving a soggy potato is inviting a food fight. Might as well microwave your potatoes. The dulce de leche recipe is just pressure cooked condensed milk. And when do people only eat ONE slider?! (Unless you are serving young children in which case they probably wouldn't eat these because of the hot sauce and blue cheese.) The recipe for chicken sliders makes twelve, so they say it serves 12 people; that's a little over 2 oz. of chicken per person. I ain't going to your party if you're gonna cheap out on the food. At best it serves 6, realistically, it serves 4. Oh, and deviled eggs? You are only allowed one (1/2 egg), you glutton! The counts are off for realistic party serving sizes for most of the recipes unless you are making a large enough variety to compensate for the meager portions. They are correct for the number of items made. Unit yields don't always equal number of servings, and that is an error this book consistantly makes. If you follow their method of counting servings, a 6-pack of drinks is enough for a six person party. Your friends are ghosting you because the food was good but they couldn't have seconds. They're all at Taco Bell with the 20 taco party pack because they left your place hungry. Plus you made it BYOB because you ran out of drinks last time. Can you blame them for not wanting to hang with you? Thanks, Delish. ... show more

  • Really great easy cookbook.
I am having a party this weekend and really had a hard time deciding what to make but I finally decided on a few. They all sound so good and simple that I can't wait to try them all. I even have all of my family telling me to make this one, no, that one ,no this one. So funny.
