    • Washers too small.
Good value, but like many made in Chinese items, some parts didn't fit. No big deal, but I had to go Home Depot and get new washers. The original was too tight or small to go in to the screw. Otherwise, decent item. Also, instruction was bare minimum which I had to watch from YouTube.

    • Can't use it.
The box included 3 end caps for the double screw hole side and only 1 for the adjustable side so we cannot even install it and there does not seem to be an option to contact the seller so this is useless at the moment and we have a trip coming up that we needed this fore. Disappointing.

    • Rails too close to roof for easy cargo box installation
If you want an easy on/off installation of a Thule, Yakima or other sport cargo box, these rails install too close to the roof. Simply not enough clearance. I had to place small pieces of washrag under my cargo box attachment points to keep from digging into the roof - a total PITA. Buy a roof rack with higher arc above the roof to avoid this frustration and damage to your vehicle roof. ... show more
