As with the other bed that we found for my mother, we spent time looking for a fabric bed for my room. I wanted to stick with either a light to medium grey and/or black grey. It was easier to find other bedroom furniture to complement the light grey bed frame. We chose this one. What impressed me was that a majority of the pieces were already put together. I did not have a lot of pre-assembly to do. I did use a drill with an allen wrench drill bit. This is a must if you have arthritis or any type of pain in your hands and arms. I did have a few problems. One of the wood legs had a chip, one set of wood slats did not fit properly and had to be forced in which ripped a small hole in the fabric and the two pieces of the headboard, I had to assemble in reverse steps to get the center support to lay down correctly. But you can still see some slight uneven areas between the two pieces in my picture. So, why did I give them 5 stars? The company responded quickly once they received my complaint. They were kind and addressed all of my issues. I will be getting a replacement wooden foot and one set of wooden slats. My experience was probably a one off. As with anything, the pieces are pre-drilled and/or cut by a machine and some may not be exact. Regardless of the difficulties I had, the bed still looks great and my mattress fits perfectly. The bed is sturdy and the material is soft. I like how the light grey goes with all my furniture in the room. Is this a good bed? Yes. And I believe worth the cost. ... show more

I wanted a neutral bed frame but didn't want to pay a ridiculous amount for it. This bed frame fit our budget and was very stylish. We got the king size. It was easy to install between my husband and I. It arrived quickly and damage free.

So far, the bed seems constructed well enough to hold our 12-inch dense foam hybrid queen mattress. No creaking or squeaking. The look is as described. I liked that it was a higher headboard too. But mattresses aren't shaped perfectly and there is a space in the one bottom corner where you can see the slats. A dark cover over the slats is a good idea for the manufacturer or the owner. Also, while assembling it, my husband didn't realize he had a small cut that bled onto the white fabric. OHHHH NOOOOOO! Honestly, my go-to of an ice cube under a wet rag with some Dawn dabbed on it did the trick. Very easy to clean. ... show more

My wife and I really like this bed frame, which for its price point, is an excellent value for its functionality and aesthetics. Assembly wasn't too bad, although it would take half as long if you have a drill with the appropriate hex key size. It's stable and solid, and accomodates our "zero clearance" adjustable bed base by putting it directly on the frame's wooden slats. Furthermore, this frame went on sale a few days after we purchased it. Although Amazon no longer "price matches" (nor seems to understand the notion that price matching means matching a DIFFERENT business's price), the seller was gracious enough to offer a partial refund for their sale price after we reached out to them. Delivery arrived on the sooner end of the estimated time (4 days). Box was undamaged when delivered and came in one box (king size/light grey). Unboxed it and everything was nearly packaged and organized. Put it together in an hour with assistance. I used an impact wrench (lightly) and some blue loctite when putting this together. The instructions made sense and were easy to follow. Screws were packaged in a manner where it was ORGANIZED and easy to identify when needed. Suggestion: Give yourself room when putting it together and put it together where you're going to have it placed in the room. Have the parts in another room, hallway or away from where you're putting it together' just bringing in the parts you need for the step you're on. It'll make the process easier and when it's assembled, you just have to easily position it where you want it - especially when having a king size. After we put this together, it felt sturdy and should withstand some fun that people have in beds. It is well supported underneath with wood slats and integrated metal supports that appear to take on multiple bigger framed (or even fat) people. Materials (structural and build) are great quality. The light grey was spot on from the pics and we are happy with what we got. The height of the backboard is just right for what we were looking for. The quality and aesthetics is comparable to what we were looking at in furniture stores locally, but for about 1/4 the price. I'll update if anything changes or unravels, otherwise assume we're happy with it. ... show more
