It is small. I got the 32 inch, but it was perfect. If you have a smaller house, it will work out just fine. Or if you just simply need a small table. My teenager loves it! When I originally got this desk, one of the corners on the tabletop was cracked and peeled pretty badly. I emailed the company directly and within a day they had shipped me a replacement. They even went an extra step and double boxed the replacement to assure it wouldn't get damaged in shipping again. The desk itself is fine, it's a pretty standard cheap desk. You don't expect it to last forever but it's good for light use. The side pouch fits quite a lot and even allowed me to put in heavy books with no issue. The desk was very easy to put together, took me about 20 minutes alone, but probably would have taken less if I hadn't accidentally put one part on backwards and had to take it apart to turn it around. Desk is lightweight and sturdy without wobbling. If you need to save some space, you can screw the hooks and baskets on the inside of the desk so they don't take up space outside it. Being 47 inches, having them on the inside still leaves more than enough space to sit under the desk. ... show more

This light weight desk is exactly what I was looking for, the size is what I needed for my work from home job! Any bigger and I think I would’ve needed to down size. This desk is perfect for those who need something they can move easily from room to room, maybe for a small kid doing their homework, or extra table for the holidays and need extra table space for the extra guests or place to holiday food, just put a cute table cloth and there ya go!
