We have 2 broken ones now. The replacement broke just like the original. The clips on the hanger piece are very brittle. I was supposed to return the first one, but now I have two broken hook pieces. Please contact to resolve.

The backboard came with 2 scratches in the plastic. They don't affect the playability, but they don't look good. Also, when I attempted to push in the holder to go over the door, one of the connectors broke. All that, but my kids still love it.
