Ok, the rug has a funny smell when you open it up and it lasts for a few days. That aside, this rug is incredible! It is so soft and heavy and great quality for the price. It's a bit padded, so it doesn't slide around on my laminate floor. Buy this rug!

I ordered the 2×6 rug in rainbow for my room. It matches my curtains! The rug is so soft and I like the feel of the softness on my feet! I'm not so sure why some of the other reviews said it smelled funny, mine didn't have a smell at all when I opened it but it was vacuumed sealed shut when it arrived. I wish I ordered the 3×5 foot one, because it's a bit too long to line up with my twin bed so I had to stick some of this rug underneath my nightstand. Other than that, it's a cute rug! This rug is super soft and fit in my toddlers room well. It looks just like the photo however it is not thick and falsely advertised as having a grip back. The quality is just okay. We received this product yesterday, 1/14/25. Going to use it for my 5yr olds new bedroom upgrade. The minute I opened the box I smelled a harsh chemical like smell. The rug its self is very beautiful and soft and perfect for my daughter’s room. Didn’t want anything too fancy. We left it out for over 24hrs, went and placed it in my daughters room, a few hours later went back in her room to finish setting up and her room reeked of that chemical like smell. Going to leave it out in the garage for a couple days to see if it airs out. 1/20 update. Let the rug air out a couple days and the smell has gone away. It’s beautiful, soft and my daughter loves it.
