Unfortunately, the products received do not meet the expected quality standards, and I am experiencing several issues. Firstly, the blow dryer, flat iron, and other tools provided with the work stations consistently fall to the floor during use. This poses a significant inconvenience and compromises the efficiency of the equipment. Moreover, I noticed a lack of a metal cup to secure the equipment, which has resulted in frequent instances of items falling. This missing component significantly affects the stability and safety of the work stations. Additionally, the drawers in the work stations are not stable, further adding to the overall dissatisfaction with the product. Considering these issues, I kindly request a return for the hair salon work stations and a prompt refund of the purchase amount. I believe that a resolution to this matter can be achieved efficiently through your assistance.
