Easiest way to mix loose dough

Only negative aspect is the tapered wooden handle. It makes it difficult to hold on to at the smaller end. Still.... very nice and sturdy item. Great price as well...gifted one to a fellow baker, she was thrilled.

These are great for using in place of a regular whisk to make things like bread dough. They’re really nice because the dough doesn’t get all clumped inside like with a traditional whisk. Would recommend if you want to make bread. Pretty good quality for the price
