I genuinely like this shampoo even though it has made my hair pretty dry. It successfully got rid of all the product build up that was making my hair look greasy and it smells divine! However, I am concerned that it is not authentic Pacifica, because they are known for having very luxe packaging. This bottle had a cheap printed label that completely peeled off when I removed the tamper resistant seal.
