The clipper is good quality and the cost to value of $25 is accurate for what you get. Still, the product images make it appear as though this is a large clipper like you’d see at a barbershop when getting a buzz cut, but it’s not. It might work for smaller, child-size heads. The media could not be loaded. My husband has a big gorgeous beard and I bought this trimmer to help him keep it well groomed. It came with a range of comb attachments that allows him to trim different parts at his preferred length. It has a little screen that shows the battery percentage and when charged it’s very lasting. These are decent cordless clippers that work for most needs. They are not overly heavy but are sturdily built and simple to use. However, I feel like the blades could already use sharpening after just a few weeks of trimming my hair and beard, so their longevity might be an issue even with regular lubrication. The battery life on a full charge is around an hour and a half; I can trim for about 10 minutes three times before I notice a drop in power at around 20% battery remaining. This OVLUX cordless hair clipper works perfectly! The shaver has a nice weight/feel to it and feels like a professional tool. The shaver trims up my beard perfectly and it's nice that it is rechargeable. This comes with several blade guards to shave different lengths of hair. The shaver head seems to be a bit more narrow than other razors but that does not take away what a great razor this is for the price. These clippers are easy to use and work pretty well. They come with a good selection of attachments for basic hair cutting needs. The motor is doesn't seem to be especially heavy duty, but they are fine for buzzing the kids heads. I would say they are well made, and should last plenty long. Definitely cheaper than taking them for haircuts every month. Oh, and nobody has gotten nicked by a blade, so they're kid safe too. ... show more

    • It's better than what I'd expect for the price
For how cheap this is, I really can't complain. It cuts quite well. It's lightweight. It even charges via USB-C. Granted, it won't know what to do with a PD charger, but still, it just needs a USB-C cable plugged into a plain 5v usb port. It doesn't come with a charger. If you have a surge protector with USB-A ports on it, those should work. It came 90% charged. It says to charge it in the manual. I did, and it was still 100% charged after I trimmed my beard and hair. It definitely seems like the battery will last a while. It does not come with any sort of case aside from the box. So, you'll want something to put it in so all the attachments don't get lost. It even comes with some oil. My far more expensive Braun trimmer didn't come with that. The value here is quite good. If you need a trimmer and are short on money, this should work just fine. It is as easy to use as any cordless trimmer. I will say that the on off switch is a little weird.
