I viewed this exact couch through various sellers on Amazon and noticed a lot of bad reviews. I decided to take a chance anyway through this sellers as they had few reviews but better. Took longer than expected to ship and way past the quoted time frame. Once I received it the couch was super easy to put together no tools needed the only issue I ran into was snapping the first piece in for the back rest. It kept popping back out as if it was a defect within the welding part. I will try to Velcro it because aside from that I love it! FYI excuse the bare walls just moved in lol ... show more

First of all it took a while for me to receive it and when I when I took it out of the box, I loved the look and feel of it, but to my surprise as I was putting it together the holes where the screw go are TOO BIG!!! So when I put the screws in it’s not secure and on top of that the cup holder part is missing!!! I called Amazon customer support and I’m suppose to hear back about someone from Amazon coming out to assemble or to look at it. I’ve purchased a sofa similar to this one from Amazon so I know how to put it together even though the instructions are absolutely NO HELP!!! These items are coming from countries where they don’t know how to properly translate instructions. I’m so pissed! ... show more
