Chair is pretty comfy, massager is nice. Wish the seat cushion was a little softer, but I can still sit in this chair for hours. Massager has several settings and a 15 min, 30 min and 60 min timer. Massage is just vibration, 2 spots in the back and one near the edge of the seat. Back cushion came out looking a bit deflated and has not really puffed up but is very comfy. Assembly was pretty simple. Only part I had trouble with was on the grooves connecting the back of the chair to the base. There are clips on there that I thought needed to be pushed in and that was not happening. But, I figured it out, they need to pull out just a bit to get over a metal piece and then clip in further down. Attached a picture but it's kinda hard to see. Instructions were a little unclear for this part as well. All in all, I probably spent a little less than an hour assembling. Only other issue, is it can be a bit difficult to close the foot rest. Sometimes I have to get out of the chair and push it with my hands. All that said, I love this chair, very comfy and I love the color ... show more
