This coop is very high quality and made of durable materials. The floor was painted to match the outside which was a nice surprise as we planned to seal it after setup. One of the videos shows a grandmother and her two young teen grandchildren setting this coop up with ease. I think that's a bit misleading as the panels are all incredibly heavy and cumbersome to move around. I do think it is well made and easy to out together. A few flaws is that you have to be on your knees or in meaning of you want to open and close the windows your knees are full of poop! Cleaning again your on your hands and knees! Why you can’t open and close from the house side is perplexing. I did choose to insulate it as it. They said I’d is but their insulation is a price of silver paper. If it isn’t perfectly level or perfectly put together right you will have gaps. I actually did 99% of it on my own it isn’t hard but I did need help lifting the roof and window side. I wish pricing was more consistent and wish they had a better locking system. The key will break it’s a matter of time as it is the cheapest you can find. Otherwise very well done best I’ve found. I also did use a rubber paint for the floor this was just a personal choice to make the floor last longer and cleanup much easier. I do live in the mountains and can get snow in the spring pretty deep so I did raise the coop on blocks to prevent issues with the wood over time and the ramp still isn’t an issue working. But again the ramp is very narrow another flaw in my opinion but it does work it doesn’t stay on securely but another easy fix. Just wish it was a bit wider! Do to high risk of predators in my area I added hardware cloth to the windows as an added level of protection. I want my coop to last and my chickens safe! That’s is why I paid the $$ for it. I only wish I would have gone bigger I now am needing a 2nd and I will probably get the same coop or next one up. I’d love the walk in but it doesn’t come in Costal Blue sigh! ... show more

    • Cheap plywood that doesn’t fit together easily.

Was super excited to receive this product and was disappointed in the quality. Plywood arrived and was already dented in several places and warped, making a quality assembly very difficult. Definitely taking much more than an hour to put together. Hoping it holds up better than I’m now expecting for the price… ... show more
