My favorite household decor and kitchen wares were bought in little markets and shops around the world -- the kinds of places you can get amazing, hand-crafted quality for fair prices. I needed a set of bowls for entertaining but wanted them to have this same vibe. These wooden bowls looked beautiful on the page and could arrive in the time frame I needed them -- but I wasn't sure how the quality would be. I am very happy to report that they totally exceeded my expectations! They are very well made and have a hefty, solid feel to them. They even have that lovely hand carved and painted smell and the art is lovely.
