Overall, good canopy for the price. The top/canvas seems to be pretty good quality. The height is easily adjustable and setup is pretty easy. Haven't used the walls yet but the bag handles have almost completely ripped off after only 3 uses. And really wish the bag had wheels due to the weight of it. During setup of the 3rd time using it, one of the side/canvas support bars broke at the middle where it bolts to the crossing bar. The screw holding it together was extremely loose, so assuming it moved and wasn't supported like it should have been. Going to have to check all other screws to make sure they are torqued properly, hopefully won't have to do that every time. The main thing I don't like about it is there is a support going across the halfway point that is the same height as the side supports, and I hit my head on it constantly. Usually the bigger canopies like this don't have this, but I will juat have to get used to it. Update: the company states they do not have replacement bars, so they refunded me enough to buy a replacement bar. Very prompt and friendly customer service! ... show more

We bought two of these for a winter event and they didn't even last 4 hours in the weather. We had some wind and light snow, nothing major. They both completely broke when trying to disassemble, couldn't get them back in the bags they were so broken. DON'T BUY THESE

I ordered Friday and I got it Saturday, so that was pretty rad. For the price it's great. You get what you pay for. Well these days, you actually don't get what you pay for. But my point is, it wasn't an expensive tent. This product was probably 50 bucks to produce. But it worked for my garage sale just fine. However it's not very tall. If you walk around in it, you will hit your head on the cross bars if you are 5'8" or taller. We put ours up on blocks to prevent knocking myself out after I hit my head about three or four times. 🤷🏻♀️ We (four of us was NEEDED) put it up on Sat. Sunday evening it started to rain. It rained for a week straight. Then two more days. Everything under the tent stayed dry. It got really windy on Monday; the sand bags provined were great. It does need more than those in a gust. Because of the shape of the roof it wants to lift off the ground. Had it not been for the sandbags it would have been a ball of tarp and polls in the street. It's a very thin and brittle kind of tarp. It's like a dollor store tarp if you've ever bought one. I can't see getting a whole lot of uses out of this, but when looking at these tents, a 10'x20' can run into the thousands. I needed to cover my stuff to protect it from the morning dew and the rain and it provided. I would use it for a party as long as I extend the legs with additional blocks or something. No wind and anchor it down as tight as possible. The walls provide extra support to the structure. Not extra suport, but necessary support. I would buy it again in the same situation. The canopy worked well. Like the size and ease of putting it up. Came in good shape no tares or anything bent. Did well for our church lunch. The one small down fall was there is a bar across the middle a little a low. We wrapped a pool noodle around it so someone taller could see it and not hit their heads. Loops for the tent tie down tore during setup (no rain or wind). Photos of the tear along with weather conditions (from weather.com for proof) sent to customer service. CS indicated it was not covered by warranty because it was raining (which it was not). Product simply tore and seller is not willing to stand behind their product or warranty. Update. When the appropriate customer service reps got involved we reached an agreement that worked for everyone. A replacement canopy was sent. Absolutely a waste of purchase, as I was setting up the tent, two of the bars got twisted and I didn’t even had the chance to use the tent. I also had warranty on it and when I tried to contact the warranty department because I didn’t take any photos or videos they were unable to refund me back my money. At a time of celebration for a graduation I didn’t thought about taking any photos of something that I didn’t even use but warranty department is saying that they do trust clients words yet they still can’t refund me back my money I paid in total $335 and all they said that they were able to give me back is $15 such a waste of money with no solution. I will definitely not buy again.UPDATE… the company reached out to me and we worked something out and I got my full refund, great customer service and I appreciate the understanding!! ... show more

    • Easy set up but a some wind and it broke

I really wanted to like this product... seemed sturdier then some other ones I have bought but yet it failed in wind and broke so no longer usable ... lasted almost a week which did have rain so was waterproof. So I guess if you have no wind it should be good and stake it down not using sandbags... though some places staking isnt possible and sandbags are not adequate to hold this I would say. ... show more

    • Poor quality and didn't honor warranty

I wouldn't buy this product again. The tent/canopy did not last longer than 3 months of use. I messaged the seller 4 days after their 3-month warranty and informed them that the tent broke before the 3 months. They didn't honor their warranty because I contacted them 4 days after. I asked of they could just replace the tent, since the tear at the top was the only damage, they wouldn't even do that. Don't buy this product. It's very poor quality for the cost. ... show more
