Certainly not easy to put together. Took my husband and I hours to assemble. However, given the price, I would say they are well worth it. They are half the price of comparable patio chairs at Lowe’s/Home Depot. Cushions are very soft and supportive. Highly recommend!

Good product but the issue is assembly. If you have power tools it’ll take you about 90 minutes to put all the items together without power tools you’re looking at 2 to 3 hours. This is a two person job.

They were missing little plastic knob things on bottom to keep the chair from touching the ground, to keep it from rusting. Still waiting to hear from company. Heard back from their company. They are shipping me the anti slip knobs that were missing. Customer service is very good with this company.

This was really great when assembled but not very easy to put together unless you have slot of upper body strength. I started but too cumbersome and heavy to deal with do I ended up getting a home advisor pro who did an excellent job.once assembled the chairs were well worth it👍
