Some of the panels were scraped, scratched and dented when shipped, like it was returned and re-shipped. The directions are terrible, some of the parts were labeled wrong and several parts were pre-drilled wrong. If I could've returned it I would have. When the box initially arrived at my house, I noticed one end was busted open from rough handling by FedEx. After taking everything out of the box, I realized I was missing a pack of plastic washers from where FedEx had caused the box end to tear open and parts fell out. I contacted the seller to see if I could obtain the replacement parts and he replied within an hour of my message to him. He sent me the missing bag of washers for free even though it was FedEx's fault that I was missing pieces. The bag of missing parts arrived within a week and I was off to assemble the shed. Some people have complained about spending hours peeling off the protective plastic film that covers all of the sheet metal parts. However, from what I've seen online, almost every do-it-yourself shed kit from every manufacturer has the same plastic protective film on it. So that's something that's going to be pretty much unavoidable no matter who you decide to buy it from.... After peeling off all of the plastic film, I assembled the shed by myself without any help in about 3-4 hours. That's including stopping to spend time reading each step of the instructions along the way. There were a few times where 2 people would have been really helpful (such as when you need to screw a nut in from one side of a big panel and while reaching 3' around to the other side of the panel to hold a bolt in place). However, none of the individual pieces weighed more than 10 or 15 lbs. so weight wasn't a problem where you'd need another person to help you. Just at the few spots where things needed to be held together in order to screw stuff in is where an extra set of hands would be good to have. There was one particular spot where I got confused with the instructions and I messaged the seller about it. Again, the seller responded to my question within an hour. If you get stuck trying to decipher the assembly instructions, you can go to YouTube and search for "6x4 shed assembly" and it'll take you to various videos that show a more detailed walkthrough of where everything goes and where to screw in the various bolts and nuts. For the cost, this shed can't be beat. The big box stores are selling similar sized sheet metal sheds for twice the price that you also have to assemble yourself. The seller's customer service was outstanding. I feel he genuinely cares about his customers and wants to see you satisfied with the product. ... show more
