    • Sturdy, Waterproof and good closure
Basically a set of small compression bags. I use for separating items when packing for travel (chargers, shoes, etc,). Good closure and good size mix. I only wish that I could buy 3 of one size (the small one) but I don't think that is an option.

    • Can't have too many stuff sacks
I wanted another stuff sack to put my backpacking cook kit in. I was using a mesh sack, but when I made a pot cozy the mesh material would catch on rough edges of the cozy, making it difficult to store in the mesh sack. The medium size bag worked perfect & it even weighed less than the mesh bag.

these are nice throwback stuff sacks from the good old days of backpacking. Simple and solid. Good size variety, but note that the largest is pretty big -- bigger than you need for a puffy jacket.

My son had bought some of these for his camping supplies and couldn't recommend them enough, so I decided to give them a shot. They were PERFECT for storing some blankets and supplies in my camper, and have held up beautifully to what little bad weather they have been exposed to. I got these for transporting/storing random items that don’t come with cases, like a small air compressor, some inflatable floaty items, and to keep my sunscreen separate in my beach bag. Durable enough to do that job but definitely flimsy and thin, so I don’t know that I would recommend for anything super heavy duty. For $10 for 3 these were perfect. ... show more

    • Better than nothing, that's all I've got here
The first thing to know is that for some crazy reason, these come with the pull strings of each bag bound to one another by a zip tie that's extremely tight and extremely small. So small and tight that it's nearly impossible to cut the tie without also cutting the strings. There is no reason for the zip tie, there's no reason that all 3 bags have to connected like that in their packaging. It's just a really terrible decision that makes it so that in order to use your bags, you may have to destroy them. Sounds pretty stupid right? So they lose a start. The second thing to know is that these aren't cylinders. This isn't a tube bag. For some inexplicable reason the bottoms of these are stitched as a square. So what, you say? Having a square bottom with a round top wastes about 1/4 - 1/3 of the storage capacity unless you're storing small loose items like dried beans or sand or you've got an item that is round on one side and square on the other. Keep this in mind when you're shopping and planning. I bought these specifically because the middle sized bag is the exact same size as a bag I needed to replace. Unfortunately, due to a square bottom and round top that is not going to work now. The item doesn't fit in this at all, even though the advertised specs are the same. Not cool. Lost another star. These bags get to keep 2 stars, as they will work and can be useful assuming you're not picky about their size and didn't accidentally cut their strings when attempting to cut the zip tie. ... show more

I really like these ditty bags. They are durable and well made. They come in 3 sizes, and I am using all of them in my camping gear. The 3 colors is also a plus to easily identify the contents. They are also water resistant against a a splash or two
