this is a three box set so before you start to build make sure all the boxes are there . The total weight was close to 300 pounds. ( this one won't blow away). I only had to get help twice once when I pulled the the two frame pieces together and then when the skeleton roof had to be lifted up on top the frame before the steel sheets were added, so if your timing this around extra hands those are the hardest parts. The hardware is plainly labeled for easy set up. There were a few times when I had to hammer the steel sheets straight on the ends due to shipping but it all worked out. The power drill came in handy near the end when you are tightening the vents on the top and the corners ! I do regret not getting the curtains when I purchased it, with this Gazebo you'll have to remove a clamp to add the hooks. I was impressed with the hooks for the bug netting they're way better then any of this Gazebo's predecessor's. In conclusion I live in Sunny Florida I'm looking forward to getting a lot of use out of this newest edition to my yard. ... show more

I bought this gazebo because it was permanent and was painted black which was a match for my gray deck. My experience with this purchase is worth the read. The gazebo is shipped in three large heavy boxes. The first box to arrive was the roof. A few days later the remainder of the gazebo arrived. I opened the directions which seemed pretty clear and began assembly. The first thing was to cut off the right angle part of the hex wrench supplied. While I'm sure you could assemble this structurte using this hand tool, it works much better when chucked into a power drill. Throw the included screwdriver away. It broke almost immediately. I began assembly with the legs and horizontal attaching bars. While building the last leg and its horizontal bar I realized a problem. The manufacturer had mislabeled one of the horizontal bars incorrectly. Instead of having 2 pairs of bars that were mirror images of each other, I now had three one and one of the other. All progress stopped. I called Amazon who immediately got in touch with the supplier. The next day I got a UPS tracking number for the missing part. Strangely, UPS said the part weighed 36 pounds. When it arrived I discovered that the manufacturer/supplier sent the box that had the part and all the other parts that were included in the box. Well that seemed silly but the real problem was that the supplier had sent the WRONG box. Contacting Amazon again the supplier sent the correct part along with the other parts contained in its box totaling 80 pounds. So, I finally received the correct 5 pound part along with enough steel and aluminum to partially make another gazebo. Unfortunately the leff over parts went to the recycler. Why the one part couldn't be removed and sent is a mystery. The whole delivery process took approximately 2 weeks. I'm glad I didn't have to send back the extra because it is amazing how all the parts are packaged in relatively small boxes. In any event, the gazebo is well made and appears to be quite strong. I plan on leaving it up all year long on snowy Long Island. ... show more

I received one box as promised for the time frame The other 2 boxes are on back order so I cannot assemble my gazebo. I will write another review once I receive the complete order. I was to receive the items on 3/30 now i have to wait until May. Not happy with the delay

I was very excited to start putting it together but couldn't believe what was shipped after seeing the parts. I can't comment on the stability, sturdiness and whether it is easy to assemble or not. All I can say is that it came with parts that has been used before or damage. I notified the seller on May 8 and haven't gotten a response. I will be sending it back. Disappointed that i have to find another seller and wait for it to be delivered. ... show more

I ordered this in May of 2021. It arrived within a few days and with all boxes at the same time. Two of us spent 4 evenings assembling the gazebo. It’s sturdy and once completed meets our expectations. It would have received a 5 but lost 3 stars for packaging and shipping. Many parts were scratched and dented. Not what I wanted to see for 1,900.00. I emailed the company and they responded within 15 hours. They made sure I was satisfied and were cooperative. Make no mistake, this is a fair amount of work to put together, and given how physics works, there will likely be some damage to the items you get and scraped paint and such. If you can get over that, this is a great product that has completely transformed our outdoor space. My tip for future buyer/assemblers is to position the item before starting on the roof assembly. ... show more
