I'm really happy to have gone with the 10 piece version from Waroom. First of all, mine came in 6 boxes - 1 for table, 1 with the two ottomans and corner piece, 3 with two pieces each of the chairs with backs, and finally 1 smaller box with cushion covers, back pillow covers, light water resistant tarp, and 3 free lumbar pillow covers. Seller was really good about updating tracking. For example, I had one piece ship from different location - because they can only have one tracking code at a time in Amazon, they actually swapped the code out after the first delivered and then entered a new tracking code for one of the other pieces that was shipping from the other location. I was concerned because it looked like I was missing one box after I got all the rest in a batch. Contacted seller and they immediately gave me that box tracking code and then also said if there's any problems they would reship. I was so happy with the service! The PVC weave is soft and flexible, definitely feels like it will survive and not get too brittle. I had extra strip that fell out and was bending it back and forth to test the resistance. It is relatively thick and has 3 ridges where it is slightly more material that helps reinforce. It will scratch up white marks so be careful when assembling (had some scraping on stone floor). The navy blue is a DULL almost faded navy blue color. I wanted something that would wear well and wasn't sure if the royal blue would be too bright. I'll be honest and say if I had to pick again I'd go for royal! The padding on bottom cushions is quality dense foam that indeed reached 5 inches - it comes vacuum sealed and sprung into place almost immediately. It is very comfortable but hard to stuff into the covers. Another review was lifesaver - turn the cover inside out and tuck it down over the cushion working it DOWN instead of trying to stuff it in the other way - it allows you much more control over where the seams end up and don't be afraid to really punch it down. The back pillows are almost overstuffed - very generous filling. It shrinks the sitting space once they are on seat, but it's easy to lean back in them. Each box comes with the cushion/back pillow and some come with the extra lumbar pillow should be 3 of those, they are cute and love the pop of color. I sewed on elastic and wooden beads to help secure the cushions since I'm not a fan of velcro ASF the cushions are slippery. Accidentally got rained on all night and though everything got soaked, it dried fast. We did do the step to wring out the pillows and take covers and that helped. The light tarp is good for repelling water but will pool and seep in if there is a lot of water. I'm still planning on removing cushions on rainy days but I'm not really concerned if it happens again or if the PVC part is exposed. Covers had some stray threads but zipper construction is solid. Building this requires patience. If you don't want to spend at least 6 hours building this, you should consider paying more for pre-assembled. I thought the chairs were really easy once you get the hang of the construction and I didn't need to use the directions more than once. Tips: Separate out the washers from the rest of the pack so they are easier to pick out. I got in a rhythm - 1) screw on all the feet adjusters to the plastic risers to get them out of the way, put all the right size washers on the screws, open the pillows to let them expand for a day. 2) line up the chair bottom with the short piece since it only has the 3 short screws with no backs. 3) line up chair back with chair bottom, with chair back on bottom and seat on top. Push in 6 screws and then go around and secure the back washer and nut, tighten once all set. If you tighten too soon without all the screws you get alignment issues. Even a few milimeters makes a huge difference. 4) turn the chair upside down to secure feet, I would recommend having it rest on a table or another chair. Put in the screws with washers through foot and line up with the holes before pushing down. Lightly screw in both before starting to tighten. There were a few were it was a close call whether they would both tighten so I think this was one of the harder steps not much forgiveness in the space. 5) connecting the chairs is the hardest step. You really have to squeeze hard the two woven sides and pull on the plastic U. I'd consider getting clamps. With 2 people we barely managed to do it with no tools. The table is amazing. We love how it's taller and has storage. The glass suckers work to keep it from sliding off. Glass did come with a few small scratches - was not deal breaker. Will update if things do not wear well, but for now very happy with price and quality received. We looked at sets that cost twice as much for fewer pieces and decided to go with best value and reviews. Waroom had overall the best reviews across their patio sets so I felt good about going with theirs. ... show more

If you're reading the reviews, stop here. This set is NOT hard to assemble. Once you put 1 together it's just a repeat cycle. The cushions, thick and sturdy. I have EXTRA cases and EXTRA foam. I have extra parts. The set is stunning. Are the backs low? Yeah... its not from a furniture store. Does that make it horrible?... not one bit. It is comfy enough for me and anyone who stops by. It's very versatile and can be clipped together in a million different ways. The only tricky part was clipping it together because the clips are tight ( which is a good thing because you wouldn't want the pieces sliding apart from eachother would you??). All I did was pry them gently open enough with a screw driver to push them on real quick. I am a very impatient person when it comes to assembly and if it would of given me even the slightest eye twitch, I would have thrown the whole thing away. If you're undecided, let me tell you, this set is as nice as the one my son purchased for twice as much at Lowes and it's the SAME THING. BUY. IT. ... show more

We are so much more than pleased or happy with this conversation set. Granted, it ships in 6 cartons and you only find out about 1 tracking number from Amazon -- but when I contacted customer service (Waroom seller), they replied very promptly and informed me of all tracking info. In addition, their customer service was extremely friendly and grateful for our order and followed up later to ensure that we did in fact receive the first 4 packages. Anyways - upon receipt and opening the first box, the assembly was a little intimidating. Mostly due to the instructions referencing everything by part number / letter - so lots of flipping back and forth on page 1 at first. However, it turns out the first box was the most complicated to assemble - it was the corner piece and otttomans. The other 3 boxes were the regular seats and assembled like a breeze. All together, for everything but the covers and table I'd say assembly time is easily under 2 hours if you're doing it yourself. The quality of the rattan weaving was much nicer than I had expected - it seems like it will hold up for several seasons. The seat cushion (bottoms) are amply thick at around 5" - and the backs are very plush, but smaller framed folks will appreciate the accent pillows for extra comfort. When the covers arrived (box 5) - inserting the cushions is a little challenging - but mostly we were impressed with the quality and comfort of the fabric and the integrated anti-slip material on the bottom cushions. I don't think the back cushions are so light they'll blow away or need velcro to attach - if it's that windy, we'll probably have the cover on. The included cover is pretty skimpy (almost feels see through) - but apparently it held up okay in a light rain, our cushions weren't damp. I did purchase another cover for the set - but it's rectangular and doesn't quite fit nice, compared to the included cover is more than ample for most any layout you can envision -- just push all the sections in one large cluster and cover. I will say the clips to hold the chairs next to each other is just about infuriating as can be to install. I found using a carpenter's clamp just about 1 - 2" out from each corner, then immediately install the clip worked fine. However, as you clip each piece to the next - you end up building a conundrum.... we ended up assembling in the air, it was a bit comical -- but worked. Definitely requires an extra set of hands to manipulate the whole sectional to get all the clips installed. Colors seem true to life in the pictures, the royal blue is very pretty in person and the brown rattan weave is tasteful and also very pleasing (not black and not too light). Tip for installing the cushion covers on the bottom cushions -- cut the plastic (vacuum sealed bag) along the back edge, slide the cover over the plastic to get the cushion all the way in. Then pull on 1 corner sliding the bag out some, then the other corner -- then you should be able to get the plastic bag back out easy enough. It cut the cushion install time in 1/4 of trying to jam it in by hand (which you have to do on the 2 ottomans, those cushions were double packed in a single plastic bag). Again - VERY, VERY pleased - we have no hesitation recommending this set to friends and even consider purchasing another to have some additional seating. ... show more
