This helmet has a DOT certification on it, so appears safe. Graphics attractive, mine came with goggles, mask, and gloves as advertised. I am an average size adult. The sizing suggested my head circumference (at the top end of the size scale) would work with a medium, but I went ahead and got a large, as another reviewer had done. I love the total package. The helmet is made well and is very colorful and stylish. I compared it to the more expensive name brands that are used by my grandchildren and saw little difference in weight, style and what they are made of. Lots of plastics are common on both the expensive brand bought at a Harley dealer and this, less expensive brand. Both are DOT safety approved. My grands loved that I bought a similar style helmet as there’s. We all look like martians or something out of Star Wars. 🤣 ... show more

Helmet fits like a glove. Nicely padded. Helmet feels great while I'm wearing it. It feels very safe and strong. I just purchased a another helmet in a different color. I've tried other ATV helmets in the same price range. I sent the other ATV helmets back because they were not padded enough. Good helmet, plan to use it for road cycling and for a 250cc motorcycle sparingly. Purchased at a decent price, got it for around 70$-80$. The gloves and the mask suck terribly, the mask has the seam straight down the middle of the forehead. Worth it overall, I REALLY love the design of the helmet.
