First off the positive, this case is so cute and the color was exactly as described a little more baby blue than a light gray blue but still cute. Fit my phone great. Now the cons, this phone is soooo rigid, it does not feel good to hold in your hand. If the case was a little more smooth and less bulky, I would have kept it, but I ended up returning for a caseology case that I'm in love with. It is easy to install and work with. hard to find a screen protector for the front that works with this case however. Also noticed that the sticky tape/glue is failing a little on one of the protectors. it might be because i fidget with the case alot.

I always buy OtterBox, but tried a few others first for my and my wife's zflip 5s. Mistake! Sure, these are more expensive, but it's the peace of mind knowing it's otterbox, it's sturdy. There are small sticky strips inside to keep your case on. And although there is no hinge cover, I got this case with the hope that otterbox will eventually come out with a case with it, as I saw they had one for previous flip models. They look great, in my opinion. Amazon says this case, specifically, is getting a large amount of reviews from unverified purchases. So, just watch out for those. ... show more

    • Does not fit Z Flip5, no hinge cover either

I've been an Otterbox fan since 2,000, but my last two experiences are making me wonder if they've sold the company. This does not properly fit a Z Flip5, nor does it provide even a modicum of protection. Once inserted (per the instructions and the video, even!), the sides of the phone actually clear the front edges of the case, so there is no protection if it's dropped or even laid on the face side. Additionally, there is no hinge protection - and as any Flip5 or Flip4 owner knows, the hinge is the most vulnerable part. I have already had to use the warranty on my previous Otterbox Flip5 case, which was not the slim fit, because after less than six months a piece of the hinge protector broke and fell off, so the hinge no longer closes automatically. While waiting for the replacement, I thought I'd try the slim flex case, but again, it provides no real protection, and leaves the hinge wide open to destruction. Great case for the Samsung Z flip. Easy to install and protects the screen very well. Easy to remove for cleaning. Buttons and opening for charging cable are a perfect fit.

    • The adhesive doesn't last.

We picked this case for a few reasons, the main being the slick design. It doesn't have the middle bump like other cases for this phone. We also liked that it came clear so we could still see the color of the phone while also protecting it. Plus, we usually trust Otterbox. The case is useless without the adhesive because it slips right off, but the adhesive also prevents you from being able to take the case off to clean it. Not only did we commit to the adhesive knowing this, but the adhesive didn't even last long at all. I think we have had the phone for about a month or two and it's already losing its grip. With previous phone cases, their lifetime warranty included a $10 shipping fee for a replacement case. In this instance, I'm unsure how the warranty applies, but if we have to pay $10 every month or two to get a replacement, it's going to be such a pain. ... show more

I've had the case for a week and the color is already fading on it. The case itself is decent but if you're going for the color, I don't think it will last long. The corners of the case also feel sharp and can be a little painful in my pocket.
