They’re pretty, with a muted blue and nice design. They’re more narrow than I’m used to, so they work better in our laundry room than our kitchen. The petite size works well in a smaller space, they hug the floor and have a low profile which is good for someone like an elderly person who might be concerned with tripping. My previous kitchen mats were the same brown as my dog & I sometimes mistakenly stepped on his tail. The busy motif of these mats make it impossible to miss her tail. Of course, the mats are also very comfortable for my feet!

These anti-fatigue mats have a pleasant appearance. Unfortunately, the smell is horrible. I let them air out in the garage for a couple of days, but it is still pretty bad. Hopefully they will outgas soon so I can use them in the kitchen. They are made of a synthetic material and then were wrapped in plastic. I guess the smell built up as they came over from China. I like having a cushioned mat to stand on as I work in the kitchen and the cushioning in these seems to be good. ... show more
