Description

Sometimes the water on your back is the only thing you need, especially when you’re planning on riding a fast and familiar route. The Kitsuma 1.5 is the ideal pack for women who want just that. Designed with the mountain biking minimalist in mind (but suitable for many activities), an included 1.5-liter reservoir in its own dedicated sleeve keeps you hydrated on the trail. Unassuming shoulder straps with rolled edges provide a comfortably soft and stable women’s-specific fit. Lightweight mesh-covered foam delivers admirable airflow, while permitting maximum body movement. A loop for your tail light at the bottom of the pack keeps you visible to others when the light begins to fade.

  • Very nice, perfect size for my 8 year old daughter for Mountain Bike Camp.
Color: Teal Reef
My 8 year old loves this; it's as big as she can comfortably use for her 3 week Mountain Bike Camp this year. Plenty of hydration for her 5 hour days on the Mountains. Extremely well made and constructed, It could use a couple of zippable pockets more, other than that, pretty much perfect.

  • Osprey Kitsuma 1.5 Women's Bike Hydration Backpack
Color: Claret Red
This is light weight and easy to use. Much better than the one I was using before. I highly recommend this one.

  • Perfect for day hike
Color: Blue Mage
Great for a day hike. Easy to take on/off. I did not give it 5 since there is limited storage. I hike w/ my dog and I have to carry a water bottle for him. Not enough space for keys, phone, and his treats. Be prepared to wear a pack or get a dog backpack.

  • Perfect lightweight hydration + storage
Color: Blue Mage
Very well constructed backpack. Super lightweight with a good sized storage pocket for phone, keys, granola bar, chapstick... Bladder is easy to fill and clean. Was able to squeeze a winter hat and neck wrap in the pouch that holds the bladder as well (bladder probably 3/4 full, rather than totally full) so very good for a day of skiing. Magnetic holder for the water spout works well. ... show more

  • Great for Use While Biking
Color: Black
This is a comfortable pack. Filling the reservoir takes a little getting used to, with the slide closure, clips, etc. The only problem I have is with the bite valve. Unlike CamelBak (which has a soft plastic valve and is easy to extract water from), the Osprey's valve is thin soft plastic (clear) on the outside with a hard core (orange) inside, so you have to bite pretty hard to get water from it. I had mine a little less than 6 months when I noticed it was leaking. Sure enough, the bite valve (clear part) had a crack in it, so I had to replace it. I wish their design was a little different. I guess they had to come up with their own design because CamelBak's is probably patented, but CamelBak's bite valve is still better. ... show more

  • Wife loves it
Color: Teal Reef
She thought she'd hate using a pack for mountain biking in Florida / too hot. But this bag is small enough to work. Small is good for a hydration pack! ANd a liter and a half of water is a good volume to carry for a 2-hour ride.

  • Love it!
Color: Teal Reef
I use this for walking and short hiking trails. It's great, lightweight and even has enough space to throw in some small snacks & extra water bottle.

  • Buyer beware!
Color: Blue Mage
Does not include the bladder. Will not work until you buy separately the bladder that is used to drink water from.
