I ordered this little Bluetooth speaker to use with my Chromebook during the festivities at our home on Christmas day. It arrived in two days and was 100% charged right out of the box. Pairing with both of my Chromebooks was completely effortless and automatic. The sound quality is impressive for such a small, inexpensive device. It has a stylish look and feel. I only bought the one, assuming I could get a stereo effect with my tablet on one side of the room and this speaker across on the other side. Unfortunately, the tablets only have capability to play from either/or internal speakers or external. However, this little speaker gives a simulated stereo effect, which is nice. Controls are simple, basic, and fully functional using a music player app onboard the tablets. This makes volume and track selection simple without having to keep getting up and walking to where the speaker is sitting (I'm a 75yo amputee). I don't claim to be an audiophile, and do have a very nice home theater with a surround sound system (name rhymes with pony) with 5 speakers plus subwoofer, but rarely use it anymore, since advancing age and years of exposure to loud music have now limited me to using headsets when watching TV. This little speaker will probably never get used much again after the holidays, but at this price-point was worth the effort. (I might also use it outside by the pool next summer.) Given I've never heard of this brand, ORTIZAN, I wasn't sure what to expect, but the price point was just right for me. I recently managed to bust a part in my JBL speaker that caused it to rattle especially with sound heavy in base. Firstly, I noticed how light it is compared to my JBL speaker. I love the fun colorful lights that the JBL model didn't have. It also has many more features, like the EQ (equalizer) button that you can adjust the sound balance. Aside from being a brand new product, the battery charge seems to last a long time before I have to recharge it. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase that is more than half of the price I paid for my JBL speaker. I would highly recommend this speaker for all your fun sonic needs, even in water! ... show more

This speaker is super lightweight, ~1 pound and ~6.5 inches long, making it incredibly portable and easy to carry in your bag! Bring this speaker to the beach with you, or simply enjoy using it at home and in your backyard. It is water resistant and very durable, so you can do pretty much anything within reason without fear of breaking it. We purchased ours to mount on our jetski to enjoy some music while we are riding!! The bluetooth connectivity is easy and works as most bluetooth devices. After pressing the power button on the speaker and ensuring bluetooth is turned on on your device, you will see "X10" in the available lists. Once paired, the speaker will state that bluetooth is connected and you can begin using the speaker for audio. The buttons are reactive and work well. The +/- allows you to control the volume. If you hold the +/-, it will skip to the next track or go to the previous track. The EQ (equalizer) button allows you to alternate audio modes, vocal, deep bass, and extra bass. You can definitely hear the difference between the modes, which can be changed throughout a song or based on a song. If you hold the EQ button for 3 seconds it will activate Siri or Google Assistant. When pressing the EQ button twice continuously you can turn on and off the light feature. There is also a built-in microphone for hands free calling. The phone button allows you to answer or hang up a call, or reject a call if you hold the button for 3 seconds. It does say this is a 360° speaker, but I do find that the sound does not project as well on the side where the buttons are. This is a minor issue though, as the sound is loud, especially with the volume turned all the way up. The charging cord is a USB to a USB-C. It charges in under 3 hours and has ~25 hours of play before it needs to be recharged. It also comes with a AUX cable if needed. This speaker also has the ability to pair up with another speaker for double the fun! Absolutely recommend this speaker for the money, totally worth it even if it doesn't last forever!! ... show more
