Product is good but is a little wobbly. Still with the amount of weight I have on it, its been working fine. I think there is a play in the screws when you assemble it that is the reason for a little wobble. Metal is good quality and can hold weight as suggested.

We purchased and installed the product ourselves. Assembly and installation was straight forward. The clothing rack is very sturdy and is heavier than you would expect. We installed this using the studs (behind the drywall) in our closet for added support instead of using the wall anchors supplied.
