Bought foot log due to plantar fasciitis. Very durable, nice black/red color. Use daily and feels very good. While sitting in the tricep dip position at the end of a chair I roll both feet at same time. I use this way to get max pressure since fingers just not strong enough to get in there. Wish I had this when the pain was bad. Stretching is not enough anymore as those tendons are well stretched. Was certainly worth the $20! ... show more

First saw this at an athletic shoe store and I had to have one of my own. It is good for relaxing muscles on the sold of the foot. Knobby texture. I keep it tucked under my couch and use it as soon as I get home from work.
