It is a little pricey but not so much that people should avoid the benefits! I couldn't be happier with this amazing oil! In my opinion it's well worth it. I let everyone who comes to my house try it and testify to them regarding the progress we've had. I've gotten so many of them hooked on it and ordering it, and they have been showing their friends and family too and so on. I love seeing their eyes light up when they are so impressed with the gentle nutty flavor. Dang! I should be getting a commission, LOL. It has the most pleasant and smooth taste with a little hint of pepper but isn't spicy. No bitterness or prickly bite at the back of your throat as with other even high quality expensive EVOO's. We are well into our second bottle of us both taking 2 Tablespoons per day each, plus I drizzle it on my salads. I eat low carb and I am fat adapted instead of getting energy from carbs. I need these dynamic polyphenols! It's been almost 6 weeks and my husband's back and knee pain and rotary cuff strain are TOTALLY gone. We've purchased several bottles to give as gifts for birthdays and up coming holidays for family and close friends. I rub a little on my face and cuticles after my showers and also work it into my scalp and hairline and the first bottle still lasted over a month for two people. I used to include olive oil in my diet only because it was "healthy" for me. But I never really enjoyed the flavor. However, I tried Desert Miracle Cold Pressed olive oil based on the recommendation of a friend, and it is completely fresh and tastes so much better than what I had been buying! In fact, I consume a bottle every six weeks, using it in place of salad dressings and even butter for certain dishes. It is very consistent from bottle to bottle as well. Made a cake with this oil. Have made cake with other oils that were heavy. It made a miraculous difference. This made a deliciously light cake. Would use in other baked goods as well as a light salad oil.

Really enjoy this olive oil for two reasons. First, the health benefits from High Polyphenols. Second, its mild flavor is very pleasant and does not cover the flavor of the foods its used with. Highly recommend.

The product itself is perfect. I bought two. the problem I had is that both bottles arrived with caps intact but spillage in both. Fortunately, they are wrapped well in bubble wrap. It was not a huge mess but the company should know this. The fault is not in the product which is top notch.
